Information we process
We process your username, password hash, optional verified email, profile choices, language and time zone to operate your account. We process questions, selected photos and documents, generated answers, study materials, tutoring conversations, feedback, and points or purchase records when you use those features. We also process technical request and security information needed to operate the service.
How we use and share information
We use this information to authenticate you, provide AI learning tools, save your progress, deliver account emails, answer support requests, and manage points and purchases. Questions and selected materials are sent to the AI providers needed to fulfil your requests; generated text and request records may be stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers for hosting, AI processing and email receive the information needed for their services. When enabled, Google AdMob processes device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Reward verification associates your account ID with a completed ad. You can manage available consent settings in the app’s ad privacy choices. Apple processes App Store purchases; we receive transaction verification information, not your payment-card details. These providers process information under their own policies and may operate outside your country.
Photos, documents and microphone
Camera, photo-library and document access are used only for content you choose. Uploaded study materials are stored to generate and revisit learning resources. Source photos in solving and tutoring history are stored locally on your device; submitted images are also transmitted for AI processing. Voice input uses your device’s speech-recognition service, which may process audio remotely under the platform provider’s policy. Generated speech uses available device or downloaded voice resources.
Storage and deletion
We keep account and learning records while needed to provide the service. You can delete your account immediately in Me → Delete account after confirming your password. This permanently deletes your account and associated records from our active database, including uploaded materials, study tasks, solving and tutoring history, support conversations and points records. It is a hard deletion, with no recovery or waiting period. App-managed captures and writing history on that device are also cleared. Files you exported and data on other devices must be removed separately.
Deletion from our active database does not erase copies already processed by independent service providers or copies in infrastructure backups. Those copies are subject to their retention and deletion processes. Anonymous aggregate usage totals contain no account identifier and may remain.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot use the app, email support_solva@jzku.eu.org with the subject “EasyHwk account deletion” and your username or registered email. Do not send your password. We will verify ownership before deleting the account and associated data. Contact the same address for access, correction or other privacy requests.
Age and security
EasyHwk is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age at which you can consent in your country, use it only with the required parent or guardian permission. Contact us if a child below 13 has supplied personal information. We use access controls and password hashing to protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security.
